Weekly Top Picks! : Best Balms

This weeks top picks I have chosen because they are 3 of my favourite natural balm blends.
Balms are a convenient and easy method of applying essential oils directly to the skin.
 

1. Healing Balm - Muscle & Joint
The key ingredient in this pain relieving balm, is Arnica infused oil. Arnica has long been used in folk medicine for its anti-inflammatory properties. Arnica also has the ability to help reduce pain & bruising associated with sprains and other muscles or joint conditions. The essential oils in this formula are also known for their anti-inflammatory properties. This healing balm is a convenient way to apply directly to the desired area.

This balm blend also contains peppermint, lavender, rosemary, ginger, marjoram and frankincense essential oils.

I've used this product with great success on back pain that I suffered from not long ago. My grandmother also uses this product to help ease her arthritic pain.

2. Natural Deodorant - Floral Fresh

My natural deodorant balm contains a special blend of oils and natural ingredients known for their deodorising properties. Arrowroot, vegetable glycerin and kaolin clay helps to absorb moisture. Shea butter & Vitamin E helps to soothe shaved skin and keep it soft. This deodorant balm melts quickly into skin and contains no harmful chemicals, aluminium or parabens like most commercial deodorants do. Lightly scented with essential oils. Available in floral or citrus fresh scent.

I use this deodorant daily and won't ever go back to normal deodorant. Customers even tell me that when they ran out and had to use normal deodorant that they started to smell like BO again! I've found even when I skip a day I don't seem to smell. It can be hard for people to make the switch to natural deodorant but once you do you will wonder why you didn't sooner.

3. Natural Vapour Balm - Breathe Blend

The essential oils in this remedy have been carefully selected due to their therapeutic properties which help to ease colds, coughs and the sniffles. This blend does not have a strong menthol scent or contain camphor oil like other vapour rubs.

 Every winter I keep this or my 'winter health' blend on hand. I apply at first sign of a sore throat or cold. It certainly reduces the severity and duration of a cold or flu. It smells so much nicer than regular vapour rub too! 'Little Noses' blend is suitable for use on children.
