Ingredients:
- 100g green clay [shop online]
- 20ml distilled water (or tap water)
15g pumice stone, ground or superfine [shop online] - 1 tablespoon aloe gel [shop online]
- 20 drops peppermint essential oil [shop online]
Directions:
Mix the products together and massage into bathed feet, applying extra pressure to the harder areas of skin such as the heels. Massage well for at least 10 minutes, then rinse the feet and follow with a moisturiser.
Produced by volcanoes, Pumice Stone is a naturally occurring stone composed of balsamic minerals such as silicon, oxygen, magnesium and iron, all essential minerals for soft and radiant skin.
As an exfoliator, superfine pumice stone is particularly good for areas of hard skin, such as the feet and elbows, to assist the removal dead skin cells.
