Your Favourites Ways To Use Essential Oils


I asked you on our facebook page what your favourite ways to use essential oils were and here were your responses! As you can see there are many different ways to use them! :) Thanks to everyone who answered and also took part in the giveaway.

Tracy - Love lavender oil. I find burning a few drops in an oil burner is so soothing especially on a cold winter day when your cooped up inside. I burn geranium lavender and citrus oils often. 

Natasha - I use oils for natural remedies, and also in the oil burner.

Barbara - I use essential oils for my Epileptic dog. He has high anxiety & I have found some oils help to calm him down. Or when the medication gets him depressed, I use oils to help boost his mood.

Angela - I like to use in an oil burner or in a warm bath.

Jacinta - Drawers of clothes.

Alice - sandalwood oil mixed with olive oil .. I use it at the night after bath..

Gill - Lavender Oil for migraines & Peppermint Oil on my tired feet....need to find one for a twingey back

Rhonda - A few drops on a hanky placed in underwear drawers & my linen cupboard are some of the many ways I use them.

Lisa - I love a massage with oils. Sandalwood in a bit of almond oil rubbed into my neck - ahhhh!

Angela - as a perfume

Annaliese - Oil burner! The lovely aroma full my home.

Sherie - I use lavender oil on my autistic son, we put it on his collar and on his pillow to calm him down. It works a treat..

Kerrili - Peppermint on temples & behind ears for headaches n earaches,we mix coconut oil, wintergreen, lemongrass, pepper, peppermint, valor,clove, pine, tangerine in a v6 bottle shake it up and massage anywhere that Hurts! Frankinsence on the face to reduce lines, Lavender on Pillows for a Good Sleep & Peace n Calming for Stressful Moments..behind childrens knees with peppermint as a driver oil..Lavender in Mascara to keep it Clean n Lump Free..we love our Oils.

Courtney - tea tree oil on mossie bites and in the wash as a fabric softener.

Nola - Lavender on your temples for a headache.

Sarah - I made a chest rub out of coconut oil with lemon, basil , eucalyptus , peppermint etc and used it when I had a cold & bad cough and it cleared up my cold so quick, I couldn't believe it!

Anita - Patchouli as a perfume!

Jodie - On my kids!!! So much better than spending heaps of time and money at the doctors....

Alanna - when me kids were little i used to use them in diffusers in their room to help with sniffles and general good health.

Deb - Lavendar Oil in the bath is relaxing.

Julie - to keep drawers smelling gorgeous.

Lea - I love to add a few drops into the bath water.
